EVERY PARCEL IS SHIPPED WITHIN 72H (WORKING DAYS) AFTER YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED (EXCEPT ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS). 

You’ll be notified by e-mail once the parcel is shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of your parcel.

SHIPMENT FEES

Flat rate for home delivery within 72h (working days) in France and 4 to 8 days (working days) in Europe after the payment is received:

• 50,00 € tax included if the parcel includes at least 1 (one) foil;
• 15,00 € tax included if the parcel includes only accessories.

Pick up point delivery in partnership with our dealers (only in France) within 72h (working days):  free delivery.

For a delivery to Switzerland, customs fees can be charged and are at the expense of the client, products being charged without taxes.

For a delivery outside the EU, customs fees can be charged and are at the expense of the client, products being charged without taxes.

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS (EXCHANGE OR REFUND)

You have received your items but doesn’t fit ? No worries, we accept returns for exchange or refund up to 14 days after you received your parcel.

RETURN PROCESS

All the cost related to the return process are in charge of the clients / customers (shipping, etc.).

The Product must be returned in its original packaging, never used, in its original condition, accompanied by the return note to the following address:
